3. i also had cigarette burns on my sheets like in another review of this dump!while going down to the lobby in the elevator one afternoon, the elevator opened on the 4th floor where a housekeeping employee got on and then the elevator STOPPED.

4. I don't know why past reviews differ but everyone i encountered from housekeeping to front desk and the manager, they were all fabulous.
