4. They apologized for the inconvenience caused and gave us 2 free night stay with free breakfast buffet for 2 adults and refunded $2700 ,without over limit fees.

6. There is a rental carcounter in the hotel and I inquired about renting a car there an dropping it at the airport but they tack on a fifty dollar fee for doing that so it was not worth it.
