2. Ewert, the concierge, helped us with movie times and recommended a great restaurant that had tuna so fresh I would have thought that I caught it myself, and she made a reservation for us and still had time to chat and make us feel at home.

8. My room was one of the Concierge rooms (note that 4 of the 12 floors are Concierge levels) which was nicely appointed and clean but showing a little wear.
