5. I normally deal with SALES office (Monique Stubbs-Hall) who in my opinion can run the HILTON by herself but on this stay I was able to interact with the front desk staff and they were absolutely wonderful and professional.

7. Parking situaiton here is pretty rough, busy location so have been unable to find a spot close by but not a huge deal.
