3. the sofa is fairly comfy, the bed sleeps very well, my only issue was the 'shower closet', as my friend would call it, literally feels like a shower in a closet.

4. Curved shower rod, good pressure and enough hot water for all of us, and there was a ledge with a window to put your shampoo's, etc and it didn't get all wet.

9. Also it's important to me to not have the sink/vanity area in the same room as the toilet/shower, therefore making it easier to get ready while someone else showers.
