1. Walking distance to sights like centennial olympic park, world of coca cola, CNN etc. Would have preferred a lower rate, but nothing to complain about.

2. Bonus part was the breakfast that was included at this very low rate, however I woke up to late to enjoy it, but the remnants smelled pretty good when I went down to the lobby.
