5. Very comfy bed, nice sheets etc. Both of the other couples had standard rooms one with an ocean view (which they were upgraded to) the other with a city view.

6. When the gentleman brought our sheets up (night manager) he brought the security guard with him and said here are your sheets and then the security guard continued to say he had received noise complaints regarding our room and if we got one more we would be kicked out.

7. I said that was fine, when we started to strip the bed of the sheets we found more bugs on the mattress and under it on the frame as well.
