1. When asked if we could switch rooms the manger (Richard?) stated all the rooms were booked, and he would not charge 12.00 for use of the amenities *wow* The best part was the food the cook for lunch was great, and the waitresses were really nice.

2. Pros:-Excellent location-Nice beach lounges and service-Comfortable bedsCons:-Old, small, depressing rooms-Rooms in disrepair based on things like rusted metal, peeling paint, older fixtures and odor-Tiny dark old bathroom with one sink (in a double, oceanfront room) and lack of any place to put toiletries (although quality of toiletries provided was good)-Lack of basic amenities in room like coffeemaker, glasses (two small glasses were provided the first day and never replaced, no wine glasses, corkscrew, etc.), charging station, etc.-Small pool area (with no entertainment) and only one very basic bar/lounge inside (mostly empty during our stay)-Spotty service - breakfast waitress service was horrible (20 mins.

7. Prior to travel, I read many negative reviews, but decided to keep my reservations, as I was travelling with a group of girl friends from college, and it was more about the location and price, than the rooms and amenities.
