1. I found all employees quite friendly and helpful, except for a very rude waitress in the lounge area who ignored us for so long, that I left the restaurant entirely, but the hotel provided me with a credit right away and we ended up getting room service.

2. We thought the price for breakfast was outrageous, so we went to the little cuban restaurant one block away every morning for tostada, fresh squeezed juice, eggs and cafe con leche.

4. However, there was a bellman from Turkey called Altman wich was ALWAYS very helpful with us, he would always recommend restaurants, tours and everything.

My favorite things: Keurig coffee makers in all rooms, the food at Essensia (hotel restaurant) was outstanding, the beach/pool staff (so nice, happy and energetic -- try a Mexican Mojito if you like tequila), the Aveda Spa (was there during 'Spa Week' -- half price treatments), iHome in all rooms, plenty of closet space, Aveda toiletries, 40-minute walk along the boardwalk to Lincoln Road (dining, shopping, etc).
