1. Take a walk on the other streets too find some great stuff like La Sandwicherie.

3. Since this hotel is on a corner, lighting in the lobby was superb; Our room was not ocean view but street side with plenty of light.

6. Two other tips, Le Sandwicherie just round the corner on 14th Street does excellent sandwiches and the Winterhaven's recommended restaurant, the Grillfish was excellent too.

7. If the weather had been better, I would imagine that this hotel would be perfect, directly across the street from the beach, in the center of the Art Deco District and clean and friendly.

8. The closet was stocked with a couple beach chairs and the front desk supplied towels so we could walk right across the street and relax on the beautiful sandy beach.
