1. The hotel offers valet parking at a charge of $25 per day which is excellent if you are not familiar with South Beach as parking can be a problem, however I did see some multi story car parks as we explored the area.

4. I'm not sure why they charge you an extra $11.50 a night for the food, towel and chair services when they could just add this into the cost of the room, but either way we felt this charge was worth it for the chairs and not having to worry about breakfast in the mornings.

6. Most hotels in Miami hit you with a compulsory additional charge- her it was 11 dollars per night however this then bizzaarly covered a continental breakfast, discounted drinks at the tiny bar and beach chairs and towels.
