1. Housekeeping was excellent, but sometimes room was serviced quite late in the afternoon.

2. A nice touch was the tea coffee maker in the room, although again this was not fully replenished each day and it proved hard to get some replacement tea bags when I went to the front desk as I didn't want to be disturbed in the room by housekeeping.
