Again took an hour with numerous calls to 'guest services' to ask if they could find it, they couldn't and argues with me they wouldn't replace the items, eventually a manager siad they would, only to find on check out, I'd been charged for them - a joke really in a top hotel (I didn't want to spend my stay arguing with their staff but I felt like I did) Now for the good bits, the hotel really is in the best location, right on Lincoln road.
