1. We needed a rental car and direction to the florida keys and the front desk accommodated, my wife broke her razor and a simple call downstairs had someone with 3 razors for her immediately.

4. Received 5* service from Pool, front desk, barmen, doormen who were always friendly ,efficient and ready to help, however beach staff a little less attentive ran out of towels for loungers and on the busy saturday and sunday service for drinks took a while.
