1. The room mate forgot to leave us clean towels one day, toiletpaper another day and left us a pile of clean sheets a third day.

I was upgraded from a standard room to a deluxe queen - it has plenty of wall outlets, a flat screen HD TV, a great stereo system, a safe, refigerator (safe and fridge are in the armoir) plenty of liquor and snacks, ice bucket, tons of towels, a desk, free internet, fabulous bathroom, huge floor to ceiling mirror, and modern furniture and decor (although the walls could use a bit more artwork - they are kinda bare, but that's okay).

4. Very clean room, great bed ,the bathroom was stunning (I really mean that), huge shower, phone next to the sink, lots of clean towels, two robes, cool lighting (with dimmer).

5. only complaint is that cleaning service was too early (before 11am) for us to get the room cleaned, but there was a housekeeper that passed later in the evening to exchange our towels.

10. A "resort fee" is for the use of the pool chairs and towels even if you dont use them.
