1. Now that the negatives are out of the way - even with the hidden fees the price is still reasonable, the room was clean with nice linens and the bed was comfortable, The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

5. The fee included access to the pool - which ended up being three tiny squares outdoors that was basically closed because of a photoshoot that took over the area - as well as a gym, which I never saw.

6. I realize that priceline and hotels like Hotel Nash put disclaimers in their small print permitting them to charge such additional fees, however due to the fact that priceline bookings require pre-payment for lodging I would expect priceline to negotiate terms with all hotel in their network that restrict such last minute back-end pick pocketing of guests at check-in.

7. To add insult to injury Hotel Nash charges all guests including those who book with priceline an additional $10 additional lodging fee which is taxed at a rate of 13% on top of that.
