2. My girlfriend and I were due at a wedding rehearsal dinner an hour after we arrived at the hotel, so I did not have time to address the unsatisfactory condition of the room until the next day, at which point the front desk allowed us to look at another room.

4. our requests for them to change us to another room were never fulfilled or followed up on, we always were the ones that had to check w/the front desk,,,but always to no avail2) we were tired on our first night so we decided to eat an early dinner and just go back to the hotel and relax and watch TV.
