1. only complaint is that cleaning service was too early (before 11am) for us to get the room cleaned, but there was a housekeeper that passed later in the evening to exchange our towels.

10. Again, the staff couldn't tell me why - they shrugged their shoulders as if it's absolutely fine to advertise a hotel with specific amenities and services and not actually provide them.
