1. The room service was nice, and came around in the evening again to see if you needed any additional towels, etc. The location of the actual hotel is nice.

2. One minor nit is that there were a bunch of leaflets describing every feature of the hotel strewn all over the desk (and you know how room service likes to find them from where you hide them all and spread them across the room every day).
