1. Free drinks flow; there are appetizers, music and a raffle for free visors, spa robes, tickets to shows etc. The only time that I felt that the staff was perhaps run ragged was the year we went in August so both of our school/college aged children could accompany us.

3. Since we were there for our Grandma's 80th Birthday and the family spent alot of time together, the Marriott was the perfect place because they had BBQ's set up throughout so we could cook, a kiddie pool area for the two young ones, a separate adult pool area and several spa tubs.

4. Special kudos to Wayne and Mary Grace in the Marketplace for being exceptional with their service and Emiko, a masseuse at the beach cabanas and in the spa, remains one of the most gifted healers I have ever met.

8. whalers village short walk,lahaina 10 min drive,safeway and everything else you need is right there stock your fidge up and enjoy the beauty,had oceanfront 1 bdrm exchange with II,They could use a spa with all the space that is vacant wife had a great massage on beach,gym is ok could be bigger also.
