We were able to trade in for the week of September 30th- We were in the new Napili Towers i m a one bedroom villa- this is our 3rd time to Maui as well as our 3td time staying at the Marriott but our last visit was just before they converted to timeshares- the unit was beautiful- nice bathroom, full updated kichen and it was so convenient having laundry facilities in the unit- The grounds of the resort are great- the main pool was crowded most of the time but there are a few smaller ones that are lovely and peaceful- lots of places to just hang out on a lawn chair or better yet- in a hammock- We ate dinner twice at Longboards - food was fine but it's the location that makes it special-steps from the beach- Can't comment on any of the rooms in the other (older) towers but ourrs was great- Can't wait to come back again.

5. Anyway, the staff were very helpful and friendly, free laundry is available if in a studio unit (but you need to buy the detergent) and the property has a beach walk that provides access to neighboring properties for outside-the-resort dining like the Westin (good dining) and Whaler's Village.

6. A big bonus for me, since we have a family of four and were traveling for about two weeks, was the free washer and dryers - that saved me about $25 in laundry fees.

7. We had a 2 bedroom suite that slept 8 people comfortably and we had an ocean view as well with free laundry machines inside the suite.

10. The lack of a washer and dryer and rangetop in the unit is a bit of a disappointment, but they have converted the coin-op laundry system downstairs to free laundry.
