1. Nice if you are traveling with several people as you can get single, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom units at a cost.

Maintenance fees could seem high to someone who doesn't visit this island regularly, but a room of the same size with the same amenities usually rents for $600-$900 a day (check rental costs of Ali'i 1 & 2 bedroom oceanfront and Westin timeshare rooms at North Kaanapali, if you don't believe me).
