4. We thoroughly enjoy the Marriott product, you can always depend on good service and good accomodations, however the Ocean Club in Maui is lacking, and I'm not sure why it's a bit disappointing.

7. My only improvment comment would be that some of the parts of the hotel like the gift shop that are not actually run by the Marriott are not as nice or service oriented.
