5. probably too far to walk, so rather than getting a short taxi or maybe a city bus, the free shuttle is a great benefit which is available to only Sheraton and Westin customers.

9. do your own research before you come because the front desk does a terrible job explaining the layout, perks, and other options of the hotel (like the free shuttle that takes you down to Lahaina's Front St shopping area).

10. Re: resort fee-I didn't mind it b/c we had a rental car and used the parking garage and we used the free shuttle to Lahaina town on at least 4 occasions so I didn't feel cheated by the fee.
