1. We asked to speak to a manager and explained the reason for our trip and that were SPG members and that we not find this level of service acceptable.

4. To make a long story short, after many attempts at talking to the manager when our money still wasn't back in our account, we finally were able to talk to the guest services manager who was very friendly and the first person to actually be apologetic about the whole thing.

9. I had a parking garage incident (I suggest taking advantage of the valet parking if you can) and the next day I spoke with the Manager and the Securities guy.

10. I booked a special Dinner Under the Stars for my new wife and I, which was good, but the restaurant manager I booked with dropped off the face of the earth a week before the dinner and left me with no indication of what I needed to do to proceed -- it created added stress I did not need.
