Was in regular contact with Nicole Marshall beforehand who was extremely helpful in securing us a good rate (price match), she waived the resort fee, she arranged for a fridge in the room free of charge, and as I had told her that we were visiting for my daughter's 10th birthday, on arrival, Nicole kindly left a gift bag on reception for her containing a birthday certificate, birthday card, photo frame, packs of cards, and a Tropicana luggage tag and T shirt.

5. Keep in mind, before trying priceline just go to the hotel's website because sometimes the rates are even better and you have more flexibility.

7. The rate ($80 with an AAA card) seemed way to good to be true and we believe we discovered the reason is that people simply don't want to come here.
