1. Was in regular contact with Nicole Marshall beforehand who was extremely helpful in securing us a good rate (price match), she waived the resort fee, she arranged for a fridge in the room free of charge, and as I had told her that we were visiting for my daughter's 10th birthday, on arrival, Nicole kindly left a gift bag on reception for her containing a birthday certificate, birthday card, photo frame, packs of cards, and a Tropicana luggage tag and T shirt.

Everyone seemed to be very helpful and it was great just driving past the front entrance and parking the hire car in their self park garage without having to pay extra (not like the holiday inn Sanfransico they charge $40 per night)All in all we certainly enjoyed it there it is an ideal location to walk down the strip, though that does bring me on to the problems!being typically english I got very fed up of people on every corner of every street trying to get me to take pictures of girls/prostitutes ( I know it is legal out there but.
