1. The room (1428 in the tower closest to the lobby) was clean and the beds were comfortable though it smelled like a chlorine pool at first.

From the doorman, to the check in, to the housekeeping, the host and hostess and all the staff we encountered daily at Cafe Nikki was very pleasant, and the staff at the Tropicana Lobby Giftshop next to the entrance was so amazing, especially the Filipina lady and another lady I cannot remember their names but my receipts says Chona and Michelle.
