1. The $25/night 'resort fee' is irritating, as most average people will only use the parking and possibly the wired internet (Come on guys, Super 8 has free wi-fi), but it was a necessary evil.
"Nice place, great stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/18/2012 Vote
2. The beach is open to the public and there's an extensive set of rental gear available (snorkels, kayaks, boogie boards, etc.)As in most of these places there a mandatory daily resort fee which covers self-parking, Internet access, etc. The hotel has done a bit of a stealth price increase over the past three years, in that the resort fee used to include a welcoming mai tai or pina colada for two plus a 1/2 day snorkel rental each day.
"Beautiful and friendly Marriott right on the beach " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/26/2012 Vote
3. If you are gold or higher, tell them you want to pay for the daily activities fee - 15 per day, which will cover your parking and you get the internet for free being a Gold (or higher) member.

5. The hotel is walking distance to 'A' beach; stores, shopping; Resort fees are a little pricey for parking etc. Staff was friendly and helpful.

7. There was no charge for parking, which was nice, but the lack of internet (the staff says there is internet in the lobby and the pool area - you can't use the pool area at night as it's pitch black but even so the internet we experienced in the lobby and pool areas was very very slow) really negatively impacted this vacation.

8. Don't most hotels give you a spot in their parking lot and a phone for free.
