1. But it's friendly staff, reasonable rates, attractive setting (just across the street from the bay and a huge koi pond of it's own) well maintained buildings, attractive lobby and clean rooms with comfy beds just about seals the deal.

2. The hotel is located nicely next to a water front strip with parks that were nice for my wife to walk in while I spent the afternoon in pouring rain closing the deal on a nice blue Mazda.
