1. The oceanview room was not large but had a comfortable king size bed, lanai, and a small washroom but in good condition.

2. thank you)maybe not the spot for you if you want to spend al your time in a hotelalthough it does have a nice pool area and a relaxing lobby to chill inbut its great for a spot to clean up and bed downenjoy the include continental breakfastwalk to hilo town and lots of cool stuff nearbyget out and explore.

3. The room is equipped with everything I need a mini fridge, coffeemaker, comfortable bed, tv and a restaurant adjoined to the lobby.

4. It's a nice charming hotel with hawaiian handicrafts /quilts around the lobby hallways, courteous staff, and a pretty view to the seaside for the room we stayed in (received a free upgrade to a ocean view double bed from our king bed garden view, but I guess in the hotel's defense we never complained about getting the double bed.

5. king bed was quite comfy, nice ceiling fan, workable AC, little tv and a basic bathroom.

7. Yes, the rooms are pretty beat up, the toilets are slow, the drains are slow, the carpet is stained, but the bed was comfy.
