1. They put the one-square-foot minifridge on a shelf in the closet, so I hope you don't need to hang anything up (on the wet side of the island--good luck with that.

3. There was a mini-fridge in the closet (thought it was a safe at first), a/c, tub and shower in older style bathroom, a little lanai overlooking the carp pond, coffee pot, hair dryer in the dresser drawer, and I'd requested a microwave so that was in there as well.
