1. My only complaint was that the valet staff drove guests' cars a little hard (OK that's an understatement, he was beating the snot out of them) but when I brought it to the attention of the hotel manager he assured me it would be taken care of.

2. When their marketing manager saw on Twitter that I was staying there and looking forward to sampling some 'chowdah', she sent a personalised card and map, noting the four best restaurants for chowder.
