1. A pleasant surprise on check out was being told that the quoted reservation rate was wrong and that the total room cost was $128.00 less.

3. Finally when I saw what appeared to be a staff member (wearing a sweatshirt) I asked if I could check out, she said its all been sorted and told me to go across to catch a taxi, if I needed it.

4. From check in to check out the hotel seems to be (besides the restaurant) run by staff that have no idea what customer service is supposed to be in a 5 star hotel, certainly not what I expect from Fairmont.

5. After doing some extensive research to find the best deal, I was able to find a package Fairmont offered for a double room that included breakfast for two and early check in/late check out for $199/nt.

6. We also noticed a large spider squashed on the ceiling and we informed the front desk so I assume that will be removed when we check out.

8. I had booked the stay through a third party and upon check out, was informed all charges were taken care of and when i asked for a receipt several times, they told me there were no charges and had no receipt.

10. Check in and check out went very smooth, being a member of Presidents Club gives few niceties, internet in room was free and fast.
