1. Staff we particularly helpful on checkout, where despite not having paid for breakfast, they insisted we have a bagel and freshly squeezed juice in the large reception area while we waited for the taxi (nice touch we thought).

2. As normal checkout is is 12 noon we should have managed with that but did not realise it would cost so much and initially although we had a confirmed payment they tried to charge us again for room and taxes but that got sorted quickly .

7. Since checkout was at noon we simply left our car in the valet (which you can do till 5 pm) and the hotel just held on our bags.

8. Worst of all, when we asked for the car again upon checkout, they parked it in the same place, out of eyesight of anyone waiting in the Gold hotel.
