1. For a reasonable cost increase, we were offered a significantly improved room (a suite in fact) on the same floor with a fantastic view.

3. As normal checkout is is 12 noon we should have managed with that but did not realise it would cost so much and initially although we had a confirmed payment they tried to charge us again for room and taxes but that got sorted quickly .
