1. Fairmont Gold includes complimentary brekkie and hors d'oeuvres both of which are very substantial and beautifully presented .

3. The turn down service was nice with complimentary bottled water and ice bucket, by a very sweet lady that offered to get us anything we may need, she was gem.

4. We stayed in the Gold building and therefore had access to the lounge throughout the day with complimentary breakfast and evening snacks between 5pm and 7pm and soft drinks throughout the day.

5. Wine is 7 dollars a glass so it is good value but Hilton Hotels have the edge here where the drinks in the Lounge are complimentary.

9. One suggestion is for guests to joins the Fairmont President's Club (It is free) to receive complimentary internet access, free local phone calls, daily newspaper of your choice as a perk.
