1. The staff were incredibly helpful especially the boys on the concierge desk, who gave us great tips and heads up on the best way to do things including hiring a car, great restaurants to eat at and shuttles to different shopping venues.

7. there is only a small cafe in the actual hotel no other restaurants however, there are plenty of restaurants and bars around the area so no real problem.
