1. Room we had was nice - tile floor, queen bed, roomy kitchenette with bar fridge/freezer (very roomy - we found out why - these places are individually owned and then rented out under mgmt contract) with a small but servicable balcony and much needed a/c.

I am pleased with the location as it was not smack in the middle of all the bar's etc so if you are looking to be more in the centre choose another hotel although thisis only 10 mins to the centre of all shops and bars, Beaches are beautiful but I found the charge of the sun beds a bit steep 25 dollars for 1/2 day rental so check prices before you hire.

3. there is only a small cafe in the actual hotel no other restaurants however, there are plenty of restaurants and bars around the area so no real problem.

10. We had a TV and small refrigerator and bar sink in the room, along with some cups and glasses (the housekeepers did not clean the cups and glasses for us day to day, however).
