Being on the park means it is quieter (but overall Waikiki is LOUD) 2) small, but nice pool-great sun!3) small, but nice, fitness center-big plus to us 4) clean, modern, pretty friendly (few exceptions-some people not so friendly) 5) great garage-we had a car 2 days 6) great little kitchen area with fridge, kitchen sink, granite counter, dinnerware, flatware, utensils 7) marble floors, MUCH better than carpet.
