5. There was an excellent view downtown from the balcony (we were on the pool side because it was quieter) and of the ocean from the balcony at the end of the hall.

8. In any case, overall, we enjoyed a relaxing night's stay, but I don't think it would be worth it to come here again, even at 1/2 the valued price because you could get a better deal (with a better view) elsewhere.

10. However, it was worth it for the beautiful drive up to the Polynesian Cultural Center on the other side of the Island (excellent luau experience), as well as the Diamond Head crater (gorgeous view from the top of the walking trails!) and Pearl Harbor - all of which are must-sees.
