In the hotel's defense, it was undergoing major construction during my stay; however, that did not account for a dirty bathroom, cold water for the morning shower, and absolutely NO perks for HHonors members - no complimentary Internet, bonus points, breakfast vouchers, room upgrades, not even a bottle of water.

8. - No complimentary slippers or robe - Buildings all around the hotel block majority of your view- There is only one light in the bathroom and it is right above the sink; making the room seem dimmed- Large red spots on the green carpet by the sitting areais a locked glass door by the elevators adjoining them (where everyone can just look in).

9. The one thing that did bother me a bit was my thinking that the USA Today and Honolulu papers at the door every morning were complimentary-however, the small print shows that you are charged for them unless you tell them not to.
