1. Two down sides include lack of decent parking and the 12th-floor laundry which is on a small balcony with very little room to walk around on.

4. /day the parking there is cheaper than in the too-small lot under the Aqua Bamboo --just follow the instructions and park on as low a level as possible, as there's no access to an elevator or inner staircase at that parking garage for those not staying at the Pacific Monarch).

6. I was very disappointed that the hotel had not pre-arranged alternative parking for guests (especially after paying $20 per night for parking) since installing the new gate was previously planned work.

7. I ended up paying for my two nights of parking ($18 X 2 = $36 US++) just to get the gate code so I didn't bother, but I recommend parking at Kuhio Village Resort which offers public parking in their basement for $12.00 US per use (no in and out so once you park, don't pull out again until the following morning).
