2. In general I think what this place really needs is a good deep cleaning with touch ups and or replacements of ratty stuff, but the location is great within easy walking to lost of shops, restaurants and the beach.

5. The location of the hotel is great, right in the heart of Waikiki without being right on the strip; Kuhio Ave can get noisy at times, between street traffic and people partying on the weekends; I only noticed it during our stay on Saturday night.

9. The location is very convenient to beach and center of Waikiki and we walked most places, The courtyard is very pleasant and has a small hot tub,4 person max to be comfortable, water temperature was hot but not too hot and the staff kept it filled or quickly responded if asked.
