2. I clipped above in this email what your website states, and it clearly states I am entitled to a complimentary upgrade to the 'best available' upgrade, including Suites.

3. As for the Room the shower was a little small and the bed a little firm for my liking , but it was clean and I liked the view, mini-fridge, and complimentary newspaper.

5. The hotel was very friendly on arrival and gave us 2 complimentary full breakfast tickets for the family and 2 continental breakfast tickets as well, which was a nice surprise.

7. We arrived quite early, about 9 a.m., so we left our bags with the concierge, and the Courtyard gave us coupons for complimentary breakfasts for that morning, which seemed unusually generous.
