3. -check in and check out was flawless with no waiting time-we were able to stay at our room until the last minute 2:30pm-the Bus stop is right infront of the hotel-An ABC store is only minutes away southwards-laundry facility is available on site-daily housekeeping - our room was kept tidy and clean daily-we stayed in the lower half of the Diamond Tower, so we did not encounter any elevator problems-walking distance to Kuhio/Waikiki BeachHighly recommended to travellers on a budget.
