5. We spent so much time outside sightseeing,hiking and swimming at the beach that we just wanted a clean bed and clean bathroom to come back to.

9. Yes, the hotel is a little worn in some places (my room had new carpeting, nice furniture, and nice dishes and utensils in the kitchenette, but an older bathroom), but everything is *very* clean and fully functional.
