1. From the valet and front desk attendants who greeted us upon arrival to the manager who came quickly to help when we swiped our malfunctioning key card so many times that we were automatically locked out, to the concierge, bartender, and cocktail waitress, everyone was excellent.

9. By this time, I had contacted Priceline to explain the situation but the customer relations dept had just closed (1am EST) so the manager said to have Priceline call him first thing in the morning to have this resolved.

10. The staff (front desk, bellmen, manager, and housekeeping) are all absolutely wonderful, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are looking for a 4-star hotel.
