1. Oddly, just before accepting the charge it warns you that it does not support 3rd party email readers such as Outlook.

2. And why print a room service menu, listing prices, and then place fine print at the bottom of the page stating that there is a $5 Dollar extra change for room service PLUS an additional 18% room service charge.

3. Look, I've stayed in many hotels and know that hotels will charge you what they can for phone calls, but even this was ridiculous.

4. If the hotel decides to charge for these calls, at least have the decency to admit it and don't try to push the blame to the telephone company and say you can't do anything about it.

5. I tried to look up the rate and all I could find was that they charge $0.75 per minute for local calls so I assumed the rate for US domestic calls should be around the same.

6. We checked in a lttle early and they wanted to charge us an early check in fee but the guy who checked us in dropped it for us.

9. The only problem we experienced was that their Web site listed free internet service in the rooms and there was a charge -- we didn't use the service because we were on vacation, not business.

10. * The parking fee was $15 per day (really adds up quickly) We asked for a rollaway bed for our daughter and they wanted $40 extra per night, that adds up too ($200) Also they charge for the internet, I believe it was $12 per day.
