It is closest to Ala Moana (to carry back heavy shopping loads!), has easy self-parking, has less noise than central Waikiki (and with the large openable windows you can get a great nights sleep with just the breeze to cool the room) , has less traffic than those in central Waikiki making taxi downtown quicker and finally has great marina views.
